AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Bare Giftware offers FREE Standard Shipping on orders greater than $100.00 delivered within Australia. Orders with a value less than this will incur a flat-rate of $8.95 for Standard Shipping. Express Shipping options are also available at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Bare Giftware offers FREE Standard Shipping on orders greater than $150.00 delivered outside of Australia. Orders with a value less than this will incur a rate from $15.00 for Standard International Shipping. Express Shipping options are also available at checkout.

 

SHIPPING PARTNERS & DISPATCH TIMES

It is important to us that your order gets to you safely and without being compromised during transit. All orders will be sent with tracked shipping via Australia Post, TNT or DHL depending on the country. Once you place your order please allow 1 - 3 business days for dispatch.

Domestic Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Domestic Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days

International Express Shipping: 5-10 business days 

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If your piece has arrived damage or it's not the right fit for you we are more than happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund*. Please send us an email within 7 days of your order arriving to begin the process. All returned items must be in their original packaging and be unused.

Buyers are responsible for correct address information and any customs duties or taxes for international orders.

*Custom orders are unable to be refunded but we are able to offer a replacement incase of damage.
